Other features

We guarantee that your cargo will be loaded onto the reserved flight. In the event your cargo cannot be loaded onto the scheduled flight due to weather or other reasons, you will be given the highest priority on the proposed alternative flight.

【Consignors】 For your cargo transport reservation, please contact each forwarder (air cargo agency) directly.

Reservation	We accept reservations up to one day before the departure date.
Acceptance	Please contact our sales representative as for the acceptance time varies by each airport.
Delivery	Ready for handing over AWB and other documents, and customs declaration within 180 minutes after arrival.

Freight Rates	Between the range of ANA carrier rates and Priority freight rate is applicable for Priority freights. Only prepaid shipments are accepted.

Required documents・Labels

AWB（*Air Waybill）	Please use the regular AWB. Please note the following points when issuing AWB: ・Always state "PRIO SENSITIVE" in the ACCOUNTING INFORMATION column. (If no indication, it will not be handled as "PRIO SENSITIVE".) ・Always state the consignee's phone no. (or FAX no.) and the name of the person in charge in the CONSIGNEE column.
Labels	Please attach the dedicated PRIO SENSITIVE label in addition to the regular cargo labels.
