Priority Loading

We will prioritize loading your shipment onto the reserved flight. In the event your cargo cannot be loaded onto the
scheduled flight due to weather or other reasons, you will be given the highest priority on the proposed alternative flight.

【Consignors】 For your cargo transport reservation, please contact each forwarder (air cargo agency) directly.

Reservation	We accept reservations up to one day before the departure date.
Acceptance	Same as general cargo (For the details, please click here).
Delivery	Same as general cargo (For the details, please click here).

*Indicated time is to follow each airport's service standard.
*We may not be able to handover your freight in the prescribed time if the flight does not arrive within the customs office hours.

Applicable routes	ANA Group operated flights ANA and NCA's online airport airline charter flights (Excluding Peach flights) (Road Feeder Service is limited to ANA online airports in Japan)
Freight Rates	Only prepaid is acceptable.

Required documents・Labels

AWB（*Air Waybill）	Please use the regular AWB. Please note the following points when issuing AWB: ・Always state "PRIO SENSITIVE" in the ACCOUNTING INFORMATION column. (If no indication, it will not be handled as "PRIO SENSITIVE".) ・Always state the consignee's phone no. (or FAX no.) and the name of the person in charge in the CONSIGNEE column.
Labels	Please attach the dedicated PRIO SENSITIVE label in addition to the regular cargo labels.
