We provide the safe flight for customers' precious animals to their destinations. The B777 freighter is capable of transporting large animals such as horses, and for the transportation of dogs and cats which are in high demand, optional services such as feeding, watering and photography services are introduced to our services, which are frequently requested by our customers. From the large animals to the small pets, ANA Cargo provides reliable services for transporting animals as international cargo.

Service Features
Guaranteed loading
Loading is guaranteed on the reserved flight.
If loading is not possible on the originally booked flight due to weather reasons, etc., subject cargo will be handled with high priority, proposing the alternative flight.
Optional service
Optional service
After the animals are acceptance to the airport, they will be photographed, feeding, and watering.

These services are provided in case of departing from NARITA, HANEDA, KANSAI or at the transit airports in NARITA, HANEDA, KANSAI.

Container Information
Dedicated ULDs are available for loading on B777 freighter aircraft.
This service is available on routes (*1) served by B777 freighter aircrafts.
Stable keeper staff or attendants can also board the same aircraft with the horse.
Please contact our sales representative if you wish to transport your horse.
*1: For routes not in service, pre-arrangement must be made.
