Freighter flight from/to Chicago (ORD) is operated as airline charter.

Guaranteed capacity

With PRIO VEHICLE, space is guaranteed onto the flight you booked. This may possibly change if weight restriction is imposed on the flight due to weather conditions or other unavoidable reasons.

Procedure & flow

[Dear Customers] For freight booking, please contact each forwarder (air cargo agency) directly.

Reservation	We accept reservations up to one week before the departure date. Please contact our sales representative if you need to ship your freight within one week.
Acceptance	Please contact our sales representative as for the acceptance time varies by each airport.
Delivery	Ready for handing over AWB and other documents, and customs declaration within 120 to 180 minutes after arrival

*We may not be able to handover your freight in the prescribed time if the flight does not arrive within the customs office hours.
*The delivery time depends on the service standard of each arrival airport.

Weight and size limit	The size and weight of shipments will be limited according to the loadable cargo capacity of the freighter. Please consult us about packed cars. Please confirm the actual available space when making your reservation.

Fare	General cargo fare is applied (ANA carrier fare). Only prepaid shipments are accepted.

Required document and label

Please prepare the following documents when booking PRIO VEHICLE.

AWB(Air Waybill)	Please use the regular AWB. Please note the following points when issuing AWB: ・Always state "PRIO VEHICLE" in the ACCOUNTING INFORMATION column (freight is not handled as "PRIO VEHICLE" without this description). ・Always state the consignee's phone no. (or FAX no.) and the name of the person in charge in the CONSIGNEE column.
Label	Please attach the dedicated label for PRIO VEHICLE in addition to regular labels to your cargo.
