Handling

From acceptance to delivery after arrival, ANA will carefully transport the customers' valuable cargo in cooperation with the partner carriers.

Reservation ~ AcceptanceReservations of the cargo transport for all sectors will be arranged by ANA. Please either directly contact the ANA sales staff in charge, or use eSPICA. (Aloha Connection may not be displayed depending on the space condition). Cargo acceptance deadlines are subject to each airport's standard operating hours.

Connections at Honolulu AirportOn the same day, the cargo will be transferred to the partner carrier's warehouse at Honolulu Airport. To secure the transport quality of the cargo during connections after arrival at Honolulu Airport, in principle, the shipment is not to be re-built at the warehouse.

Arrival & Delivery at Los Angeles AirportAfter arriving at Los Angeles Airport, the breakdown & delivery of the cargo shall be conducted at ANA warehouse, but not at the partner carrier's facilities. At the shortest, the cargo can be delivered on the next day* of departure from Narita/Haneda Airport. For delivery requirements of other airports, please contact the ANA sales staff in charge.
