Partial Change of International Routes Operation Plan of 2020 Summer Schedule - due to Coronavirus(0317)

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continuous support to ANA group.

Please kindly be informed that due to serious spread of Novel Coronavirus, ANA is to partially change

its original International passenger & freighter flight operation announced in "ANA Group - Fiscal Year 2020 Air Transportation Business Plan", on this January 21.

Affected by "Covid-19" pandemic, International passenger routes/flights, partially, will be further suspended or decreased until April 24, while the same measures to be taken for freighter operation up till April 30. (For details, please refer to the following.)

On the other hand, as to cover lack of cargo space supply in the market, ANA shall proactively operate non-scheduled flights or charters to the possible extent, which will be promptly informed as soon as fixed.

Though ANA will take appropriate actions accordingly, observing this critical situation, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and highly appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.
