- We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage of the ANA Group.
Please be informed that we have revised the Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight, following a review of the structure and have established "Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight for International Cargo". *New Chartered Passenger and Baggage Transportation Terms and Conditions have been established separately as "Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight for Passengers and Baggage".
- We would like to inform you of the following details.
1. Effective Date：
- Applicable from Air Waybill issued after May 19, 2026 and onward
- *Government approval obtained
- *Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight - International Passengers, Baggage and Cargo - will remain applicable until May 18, 2026.
2. Structure of Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight :
3. Formulation of new Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight :
- ・The new Conditions of Carriage are formulated based on the current Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight - International Passengers, Baggage and Cargo -.
- ・The English text will be the official text.
- ・The same wording is used for sections that are common with Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight.
4. Structure of new Conditions of Carriage：
Remove references to passengers and baggage, and restructure into 31 articles covering international cargo.

The full text of "Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight for International Cargo" is available for reference on the ANA Cargo website.
