Introduction of New Pharmaceuticals Transportation Product and PRIO PHARMA Categorization

Thank you for your continuous support to the ANA Group.

Until now, ANA has been providing "PRIO PHARMA" using temperature-controlled containers as transport products exclusively for pharmaceuticals.
Upon the recent transport demand increase for such as cell & gene therapy products not using temperature-controlled containers, a fast and secured transportation service for pharmaceuticals that are packaged and guaranteed a certain temperature range and quality by the shipper, "PRIO PHARMA - QuickCare" will be launched.
In line with this new product release, PRIO PHARMA will be categorized (subdivided) according to the characteristics of the pharmaceuticals, while the currently provided transport service, exclusively for pharmaceuticals using temperature-controlled containers, be continuously available as "PRIO PHARMA - TCC *".
* TCC; "Temperature Controlled-Container"

Ⅰ. Commencement of Service:
　 April 1 (Mon), 2024 (AWB issuance base)

Ⅱ. PRIO PHARMA Product Comparison:
　 * There is no change in the service content of "PRIO PHARMA - TCC"
　　 (Ex- "PRIO PHARMA").
Ⅲ. New Product Outline:
1. Product name;
　 PRIO PHARMA - QuickCare

2. Product characteristics;
　1) Product specialized in pharmaceutical requiring fast and secured transport such as
　　 cell & gene therapy products
　2) Loading guarantee on the reserved flight
　3) Close pre-coordination with the customer
　4) Careful handling (preventing collapsing, shock, mis-loading, loss, etc.)
　　 * To prevent collapsing, the cargo will be built on the ULD, and will not be loaded
　　　 as BULK.
　5) In case of irregularities, the customer will be contacted/reported as soon as
　　 possible

3. Applicable cargo;
Cargo meeting the following 2 requirements are applicable.
　1) Pharmaceuticals, such as cell & gene therapy products, requiring fast and secured
　　 transport
　2) Pharmaceuticals, packaged and guaranteed a certain temperature range and
　　 quality of the contents by the shipper, which temperature control during
　　 transportation is unnecessary (Example of package; Dry Shipper)
　　 * When using "Active" or "Passive" containers of the ANA lineup,
　　　 please reserve as "PRIO PHARMA-TCC".

4. Applicable routes;
　1) ANA Group operated flight
　2) Airline charter flights operated to ANA's online airports
　* Excluding Peach & Air Japan flights
　* Excluding Road Feeder Service

5. Rate;
　 Priority freight rate

6. Basic handling time;
　 1) Reservations & Acceptance time; 120 minutes prior to the standard departure
　 　 time (STD).
　 2) Delivery time; Within 120~180 minutes after actual time of arrival (ATA),
　 　the documents will be handed over and the cargo be ready for customs
　 　declaration.
　　* The conditions differ by each airport. Please kindly contact the Sales or
　　　Reservations staff in charge for any inquiries.

7. Reservations method;
　 When booking with eSPICA, input "PHARMA" in the "Commodity" column,
　 while selecting "PQC" from the "Product" column. In addition, please specify a
　 24-hours available contact (Person in-charge, Telephone number including
　 the country code, and Email address) in the "Remarks" column for any
　 emergencies.

8. Necessary Information on the AWB; (Please specify the following);
　 1) "Accounting Information" column; "PRIO PHARMA"
　 2) "Shipper's Name & Address" column; Shipper's contact (Person in-charge,
　　　Telephone number including the country code, and Email address).
　 3) "Consignee's Name & Address" column; Consignee's contact (Person in-charge,
　　　Telephone number including the country code, and Email address).
　 4) "Handling Information" column; 24 hours available contact (Person in-charge,
　　　Telephone number including the country code, and Email address) for
　　　emergencies.
