Change in PRIO Product Lineup due to Product Unification with NCA

Thank you for always choosing the ANA Group. Regarding the subject above, we would like to inform you of the changes to the PRIO product lineup (introduction/discontinuation of PRIO products and changes to requirements) due to the product unification with NCA.
NOTE
1. Background
Following the group integration with Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA), we have decided to roll out the same "PRIO products" across both companies. We will strive to further improve our services by restructuring the lineup from the perspective of "clarity" and "ease of selection" to meet customers' diverse needs more flexibly and accurately.

- Please refer to "Appendix. Changes to Each PRIO" for the detailed changes to each PRIO product.
- Please note that the Product Code entered at the time of booking will change for PRIO SENSITIVE, Perishables originating from Japan (formerly PRIO FRESH), and Pharmaceuticals (formerly PRIO MEDICAL). Please refer to "5. Notes on Booking" for details

5. Notes on Booking
(1) PRIO SENSITIVE
・The Product Code will be changed from "PSV" to "SEN" for flights departing in June.
・From May 7th until May 31st, please enter the Product Code based on the date of transport.
<Example of Booking>
Transport in May ※No changes
Product: "PSV"
Transport in June or later
※Please note that both "PSV" and "SEN" will be displayed until mid-June. Please take care to avoid input errors.
Product: "SEN" 
（2）Perishables (formerly PRIO FRESH) ※Discontinued
・Due to the product discontinuation, the Product Code will be changed from "PFR" to "PER" for flights departing in June.
・From May 7th until May 31st, please enter the Product Code based on the date of transport.

Transport in May ※No changes
Product: PFR
Transport in June or later
※Please note that both "PFR" and "PER" will be displayed until mid-June. Please take care to avoid input errors.
Product: PER
Commodity: Applicable Item (Fish, Food, etc.)
(3) General Pharmaceuticals (formerly PRIO MEDICAL)
Due to the product discontinuation, the Product Code "PMD" will be also discontinued.

Product: PMD
Transport in June or later
Product: GEN
Commodity: Item (Pharmaceuticals, etc.)
SCC: PIL and Temperature Code (FRO/COL/CRT/ERT)
※Please select the temperature code appropriate for your cargo.
