Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of the upcoming changes in the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) 67th Edition and updates to our dangerous goods handling policies. Please refer to the details below:

1. State Variations [DGR 2.8.1.3, etc.]
 ・New State Variations for Thailand (THG) have been added.

2. Packing Instructions [DGR 5.9, etc.]
 ・Changes have been made to PI952 and PI966 regarding State of Charge (SoC)
  and rated capacity.

3. List of Dangerous Goods [DGR 4.2, etc.]
 ・The amendments to the list of dangerous goods includes the following two new
  entries with a light type addition of "hybrid", which are in addition to, and not
  replacements for, the existing bold type entries for UN 3166 vehicles.
  ✓ UN 3166 Vehicle, flammable gas powered hybrid
  ✓ UN 3166 Vehicle, flammable liquid powered hybrid

4. Marking and Labelling [DGR 7.3.18.1, 7.3.18.2, B.2.2.4, etc.]
 ・RVF, RVH, RVO, and RVB have been added to the IATA Cargo IMP codes.
 ・Please use the new IATA Cargo IMP codes when making bookings. Specifically,
  please select the "RVH" code when transporting vehicles, hybrid.

5. Operator Variation NH-08 Regarding "Packing Confirmation Sheet"
 ・Effective January 1st, 2026, we will accept "Packing Confirmation Sheets" in
  formats that do not include fields for quantity and weight.
 ・The old format containing quantity and weight fields remains valid. However, if
  using the old form, please continue to indicate the net quantity within each
  package and the number of packages (not the number of overpacks).

We kindly request that you refer to the latest IATA DGR, as this notice does not list all revised items. Additionally, please note that different regulations may apply to code-share flights and charter flights.
