Thank you for your continuous support to ANA.Please kindly be advised that ANA has applied the revision of "Fuel Surcharge" of International cargo to the MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport & Tourism). Our revision of the fuel surcharge for international cargo from Japan is based on the semi-monthly average fuel price --calculated from either the 1st to the 15th or the 16th to the end of the month--immediately preceding the month of application. Due to the said average price being USD186.87/bbl for the period of 16 Apr-30 Apr 2026, ANA has decided to revise the Fuel Surcharge as follows. Your kind understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.

16 May 2026 (Sat)~ (AWB issuance base)
2. Applicable Fuel Surcharge Rate:
Based on the average fuel price (Singapore Kerosene) of USD 186.87/bbl for the latter half of April, the Fuel Surcharge for international cargo originating from Japan would normally be set according to the USD 185 to USD 190 bracket. However, as a special exception following the Japanese government's measures to mitigate rising fuel costs linked to the Middle East situation, the "USD 170 to USD 175" bracket will be applied instead.
3. Conditions for Revision or Abolition:
To ensure transparency, Singapore kerosene market prices will be used as the benchmark for this Fuel Surcharge revision. The Fuel Surcharge amounts effective 1 Jun 2026, and beyond, will be determined based on the average price of Singapore kerosene during the latter half of the preceding month, in accordance with the attached Standard Index Table and will be notified by "ANA CARGO NEWS".
