Thank you for your continuous support to ANA.Please kindly be advised that ANA has applied the revision of "Fuel Surcharge" of International cargo to the MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport & Tourism). Our revision of the fuel surcharge for international cargo from Japan is based on the semi-monthly average fuel price --calculated from either the 1st to the 15th or the 16th to the end of the month--immediately preceding the month of application. Due to the said average price being USD167.16/bbl for the period of 1 Sep - 15 Sep 2026, ANA has decided to revise the Fuel Surcharge as follows. Your kind understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated.

1 Oct 2026 (Thu)~ (AWB issuance base)
2. Applicable Fuel Surcharge Rate:
Based on the average fuel price (Singapore Kerosene) of USD 167.16/bbl for the first half of September.Taking into account the fuel prices during the period, and the aviation fuel subsidies provided as an emergency mitigation measure against rising fuel costs linked to the Middle East situation, the USD 165 to USD 170 bracket will be applied for the Fuel Surcharge on international cargo originated from Japan.
3. Conditions for Revision or Abolition:
To ensure transparency, Singapore kerosene market prices will be used as the benchmark for this Fuel Surcharge revision. The Fuel Surcharge amounts effective 16 Oct 2026, and beyond, will be determined based on the average price of Singapore kerosene during the latter half of the preceding month, in accordance with the attached Standard Index Table and will be notified by "ANA CARGO NEWS".
