Please be informed that All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) will change its sales structure effective from April 1st 2026. We will keep achieving our mutual benefits and with high quality services to have your satisfaction.
1.New Cargo Sales Policy
・ANA and NCA will establish a single sales window in each market.
・ANA and NCA will continue to operate flights for each prefix. Flight operations will be continued separately in each country.
・Forwarders will have access to ANA and NCA flight capacity through the new windows.
・With respect to issuing AWBs, the process will depend on the current operating conditions and applicable regulation
