Please kindly be informed that ANA will renew the existing product lineups (PRIO PHARMA, PRIO COOL, PRIOIB) to two, new user-friendly PRIO series (PRIO PHARMA & PRIO TEMP), based on categorized products and rearranged temperature control containers, meeting the customers'・industries' needs for temperature control transportation of pharmaceuticals, perishables, chemicals, etc.

[Outline of New Product Lineups]
・PRIO PHARMA
① Outline : Temperature control transportation service dedicated for pharmaceuticals.
② Applicable commodities : Pharmaceuticals requiring temperature control transportation.
③ Service contents : Transportation service using temperature control container.
　　　　　　　　　　　Including timing of build-up, storage, and breakdown, etc., every 3 hours' temperature check will be conducted.

・PRIO TEMP
① Outline : Temperature control transportation service using cooling container for NON-pharmaceuticals
② Applicable commodities : Commodities, other than pharmaceuticals, requiring temperature control transportation (perishables, daily products, frozen products, chemicals, etc.)
③ Service contents : Transportation service using cooling container.

※ Existing products, "PRIO IB" & "PRIO COOL", will be integrated with above PRIO PHARMA & PRIO TEMP.

※ va-Q-tec is planned to be introduced from this November.
※ Certain containers are unavailable on some routes.
※ For details of container availability (stock), etc., please contact our sales or reservations staff.

[Commencement Date]
・September 2 (Mon), 2019 (Acceptance base)

[Applicable Flights / Routes]
・ANA group operated flights and airline charters operated between ANA online airports.
※ Excluding block-space, codeshare flights.
※ RFS (Road Feeder Service) at overseas airports, except for Japan, are not applicable.

[Request to Valued Customers]
■When making reservations, please inform the requested product ("PRIO PHARMA" or "PRIO TEMP"), and prepare necessary documents and label.
■When making reservations through eSPICA, please input the following SCC code.
・PRIO PHARMA : "PHA", and IATA code "PIL" for pharmaceutical
・PRIO TEMP : "PTM"
・Documents : State either "PRIO PHARMA" or "PRIO TEMP" in the AWB - Accounting Information column.
・Labels : Attach either "PRIO PHARMA" or "PRIO TEMP" dedicated label to the shipment.

[Refrigerated・Frozen Cargo Code Change]
・In accordance with renewal of temperature control products, refrigerated・frozen cargo codes will be changed to IATA standard codes, as follows.
Please be careful of mis-inputs when booking through eSPICA.
