Notice of System Usage Restrictions Due to Update of International Cargo System and Request for Advanced Deadline for Same-Day Cargo Delivery to Warehouse

Dear valued customers,
Thank you for your continued support of the ANA Group.
We are planning to update our international cargo system (eSPICA) on October 15th
(UTC), and as a result of this work, the system will be temporarily down and the cargo
acceptance time will be advanced as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
1．Usage Restrictions
・Target system ：eSPICA
・Target date and time ：From October 15th, 2023 15:00（UTC）to 21:00(UTC)
eSPICA will not be available during the above time
2．Advancement of cargo acceptance time
Some cargo systems, including eSPICA, will be temporarily suspended. We kindly ask for your cooperation in advance cargo acceptance.
Please refer to Table 1 (Air) and Table 2 (Truck) below for the flights affected.
On that day only, please ensure that cargo is brought in by the designated time, calculated backward from the standard time at each airport,
with the departure time set at 10/15 15:00 (UTC). Please be advised that any cargo submitted after the designated cut-off time may not be loaded onto the scheduled flight.

※Due to the above measures, there may be cases where normally connectable cargoes in the tri-nation cargoes departing from overseas airports cannot be connected only on the same day.
