[Important] Revision to the Fuel Surcharge (FSC) Mechanism for International Cargo from Japan

Thank you for your continuous support to ANA. Due to the recent sharp rise in fuel prices, ANA will revise the Fuel Surcharge (FSC) mechanism for international cargo departing from Japan to ensure the continued provision of stable transportation services. We apologize for the additional burden this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Effective Date:
16 April 2026 (AWB issuance base)
2. Applicable Fuel Surcharge Rate:
Based on the average fuel price (Singapore Kerosene) of $208.76 during the latter half of March, the following rates will apply to international routes departing from Japan.

4. Conditions for Revision or Abolition:
To ensure transparency, Singapore kerosene market prices will be used as the benchmark for this FSC revision. The FSC amounts effective 1st May 2026, and beyond, will be determined based on the average price of Singapore kerosene during the first half of the preceding month, in accordance with the attached Standard Index Table.
