ANA and United Airlines will launch a cargo joint venture on transpacific routes beginning July 5, 2016, pursuant to a joint venture contract between ANA and United dated March 30, 2016 and in accordance with applicable regulatory approvals. Joint sales and aligned operations for shipments originating in Japan bound for the U.S. and Canada will be launched as the first phase. The carriers plan to expand the geographical scope of the joint venture to include ex-U.S. and Canada to Japan routes in the near future.

This program will offer cargo customers access to more destinations with quicker transport times. The combined network includes 175 nonstop flights a week to 12 destinations and numerous flight and truck connections within the U.S. and Canada. The addition of these
routes will greatly expand the carriers' global coverage and provide more benefits to customers.
