We appreciate your cooperation with our customer satisfaction survey for FY2014.
We would like to hear your comments so that we can offer services that are even more satisfying to our customers for FY2015 too. We have also contracted the implementation of a customer satisfaction survey to ANA Cargo Inc.--a cargo business company that was started on April 1, 2014.
The survey focuses on our overall freight services. We kindly ask that you take a few moments out of your busy schedule to respond by visiting the below website (described in "Survey response method" below) and sharing your opinions and ideas with us.

Please visit the survey website by clicking on the button below, and then respond to the questions.
You will need a password and Respondent ID, so please refer to the information we have sent out.
It is possible to answer the survey with same ID or QR code in your department.
However, please answer the survey only one time for each persons.
We welcome opinions and requests from multiple respondents, regardless of their work content, department, etc.
