Electronic Presentation of Cargo Information for DLC

Dalian airport (DLC) customs had introduced China Customs new rule in June 3rd 2013. However, DLC customs announced that destined for all Chinese airports via DLC is exempt from such rule. Therefore, we would like to advise you of the changes in handling and charges as below.
- ? Exempt shipment from the rule
- Destined for all Chinese airports via DLC
- ? Charge for data input and transmitting
- There is no charge for exempt shipment because DLC customs does not require any HAWB information at this moment.
- ? Effective date (MAWB issuing data)
- August 21st 2013
