Information about the recovery construction of ANA in-bound facility (Cargo 4 bldg. #305/306)

As to the subject recovery construction, ANA has received the information from Narita Airport Authority (NAA). In accordance with the schedule provided by NAA, we would like to inform you about handling details in Cargo 4 bldg. (warehouse #305/306) during the construction period.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will make an effort to keep providing with high-quality service in future.

1. The schedule for recovery construction

Warehouse #305 : from 6/29 through 7/18
Warehouse #306 : from 7/21 through 8/31

2. Handling details during the construction period

Due to unable to use both warehouse #305/306 during the construction period, #302/303/304 will be the replacement facility. Handling details are as follows;

*Only refrigeration facilities and the office located in both warehouse #305/306 are available. For safety reasons, please use the provided walking area when you visit us during those periods.

During the construction period for #305
Shipments stored in #305 will be moved to #304 from 6/27(afternoon) to 6/28.
a. Goods inspection & handling order: No change (the office #306 as usual)
???* Please execute in each facility where the shipments are stored.
b. Air waybill delivery: No change (the office #306 as usual)
c. Cargo pickup: from each facility where the shipments are stored.
???* Delivery order is accepted in the office #305 as usual.

During the construction period for #306
Shipments stored in #306 will be moved to #302/303/304 from 7/19(morning) to 7/20.
a. Goods inspection & handling order: No change (the office #306 as usual)
???* Please execute in each facility where the shipments are stored.
b. Air waybill delivery: No change (the office #306 as usual)
c. Cargo pickup: from each facility where the shipments are stored.
???* Delivery order is accepted at the office #305 as usual.

*During the construction period, your shipments are fluidly stored in #302/303/304/305/306 according to the condition. For enquiry of storage location, please ask personnel of import warehouse in #305.
