Thank you for your continuous support to the ANA Group.


In 2017, ANA, as the first Japanese carrier, obtained the CEIV Pharma certification, an IATA's program certifying the quality of pharmaceutical transport & handling, while this time's recertification being the 2nd time.


In preparation for the recertification, ANA have thoroughly conducted the training related to pharma transport, as well as reinforcing the quality management of the concerned parties including the consignment company, and updating the handling procedures.


ANA shall continuously make every effort to further enhance the quality in order to provide safe & reliable service for the pharmaceutical transport requiring strict temperature control.
