Please be informed that submitting the necessary documents and information for cargo transport via Frankfurt (FRA) or Munich (MUC) will be required. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
(Rev) Added the document requirements for transporting unaccompanied baggage.

When booking and checking in cargo via FRA or MUC, please attach a Commercial Invoice that can be checked from the outside of the document.
Also, please attach a Packing List when transporting unaccompanied baggage and ensure that the Packing List must be met both of the following requirements:
Requirement①:The estimated price of each item must be listed adjacent to it on the packing list.
Requirement②:The packing list must include a statement indicating that it is "for personal use only and not for commercial sale."
Please continue to submit the HS code you have already submitted for ICS2, as this is also required for this system.
※For e-AWB shipments, please make your booking and checking in cargo under EAP (documents or house pouch attached). - Reason, Circumstances
・Due to introducing the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS) Phase 5 has made the required information for transit cargo stricter.
・If the cargo is transported without the required information being submitted or if the information submitted is incomplete, the customs authorities may act by suspending the cargo's transport or imposing a fine. In such cases, please note that we may pass on the fine to you in accordance with the Convention and the Conditions of Carriage.
・For methods of application to cargo that transit through other airports in Europe, guidance will be provided separately as necessary.
