Transport Restrictions for AVI shipments to Singapore Airport(SIN)

With reference to the subject matter, please be advised that transport restrictions will apply to AVI (Live Animal) shipments destined for Singapore Changi International Airport (SIN) on selected flights. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Effective Date
   From 13th July, 2026
2. Applicable Cargo
   All AVI (Live Animal) shipments destined for Singapore Changi International Airport (SIN).
3. Affected Flights
   Flights arriving at SIN on Fridays from the afternoon onward
   Flights arriving at SIN on Saturdays and Sundays
4. Reason for the Restriction
   As the Animal Quarantine Office at SIN is closed on weekends and public holidays, quarantine clearance cannot be conducted during these periods. As a result, AVI shipments may remain at the cargo warehouse for an extended period, which could adversely affect the health and welfare of the animals.
