Regarding the subject matter, please be informed that there have been cases where the cargo descriptions provided by customers at the origin do not meet the requirements set by the Chinese authorities. This has resulted in situations where cargo cannot be smoothly cleared or collected at the destination, and in some instances, penalties or fines have been imposed.
To ensure accurate cargo information, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing detailed cargo descriptions.

　1.　Applicable shipment
　　Shipments to and through China

　2.　Request（Providing Detailed cargo description）
　　- When issuing the Airwaybill and submitting FWB or FHL messages to us, please
　　provide detailed cargo description in the "Nature and Quantity of Goods" or
　　"Shipment Description".
　　- Especially, please be informed not to use unclear cargo descriptions shown in the
　　attached "China Customs General Administration Announcement No. 144 of 2019
　　Annex 16" 

　3.　Others
　　- Please note in advance that failure to submit correct information may delay
　　customs clearance and delivery at the destination and may result in fines.
　　- Please note in advance that, in cases where the submitted information is
　　incomplete or inaccurate, any penalties or additional costs imposed by China
　　authorities may be charged to the customer.
