Please be informed that we have received notification from the Indian government regarding transportation restrictions for cargo from Bangladesh to/via in India. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
1. Effective Date
Immediately
2. Outline
The following cargoes departing from Bangladesh to/via India are not acceptable.
*The above restrictions shall not apply to import of Fish, LPG, Edible Oil, and Crushed stone to India from Bangladesh.
*The above restrictions shall also not apply to Bangladesh exports to Nepal/Bhutan transiting through India.
