We would like to inform you regarding the provision of FHL information, in addition to FWB data, to ensure smooth customs clearance and cargo pickup for shipments arriving in Jakarta (CGK).

2) Required messages and information
When booking or delivering cargo destined for CGK, please ensure that all information--including the HAWB number, Shipper and Consignee names, addresses, and descriptions of goods--is entered accurately and in full, without omissions.
3) Outline
Currently, all local warehouse management and customs clearance processes are handled on a HAWB level. Consequently, the transmission of FHL data, in addition to FWB data, has become a mandatory customs requirement. Without the transmission of FHL data, advance customs declarations cannot be processed locally, which ultimately results in significant delays in cargo release.
Furthermore, if cargo arrives with missing or inaccurate data, it will prolong the customs clearance process and severely delay cargo pickup. To ensure smooth import customs procedures, we highly appreciate your cooperation in providing accurate FHL information.
