The list of prohibited expressions ("Stop Words") in the Goods Description for cargo transport to/via the EU(eligible for ICS2) will be expanded. These terms are automatically identified by the system; any cargo description containing them will be subject to rejection. We kindly ask for your cooperation in providing accurate cargo information after reviewing the details below.

● Expansion of Prohibited Terms (Stop Words)
✔Starting February 2026, the prohibited terms list (Stop Words) will be updated with new expressions.
✔Declarations containing these terms may be rejected.
✔For specific details, please refer to Section 5: Attachment ②, "List of stop words_01.02.2026."

● Request for Accurate Documentation
✔When booking transport to/via the EU (eligible for ICS2), please ensure that all goods descriptions provided in the MAWB, House Manifest, FWB, and FHL are accurate.

Note:
If the cargo is transported without the required information being submitted or if the information submitted is incomplete, the customs authorities may act by suspending the cargo's transport or imposing a fine. In such cases, please note that we may pass on the fine or any fee including storage charge to you in accordance with the Convention and the Conditions of Carriage.

4.Reason for Change
To comply with additional instructions issued by EU customs authorities.
