Apology for the delay of the cargo handling at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Please be informed that the major delays of the cargo delivery and the transit from/to LAX have been occurred due to the heavy warehouse congestion and the short staffing at our warehouse. We sincerely apologize for causing such a big trouble and inconvenience.
Currently we have taken measures to improve the situation, however it is expected that it may take some time to recover the situation due to this high demand period across the USA.
