Temporary Restriction on cargo transport and arrival cargo handling at Dalian (DLC)

Please be informed that all arriving cargo at Dalian will be carried out a sample inspection and disinfection upon arrival at DLC due to the notice from the local authorities. ANA Cargo will inform you about the handling of arriving cargo at DLC as follows.
In addition, the restriction on cargo transport to/via DLC, which was announced on December 22, 2020 will also be summarized here.

1.Effective Date
From January 6th, 2021 until further notice
2.Arrival cargo handling in DLC
All arriving cargo at DLC are carried out a sample inspection and disinfection by the local authority
※ Due to the sample inspection, the cargo can be delivered from the next day after the flight arrives.
※ Please note that if the local authorities does not approved to import cargo based on the results of the inspection, it may not be possible to deliver the cargo at DLC.
※ Please take care when packing the cargo that is strictly prohibited from getting wet due to a small amount of disinfectant may adhere to the cargo.
3.Restriction on cargo transport
■The following cargoes transport to DLC cannot be acceptable.
Refrigerated / Frozen foodstuffs
■The following cargoes transport via DLC cannot be acceptable.
