Dear Valued Customer

 Regarding to HS (Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System) code is required for shipments to China via Shanghai Pudong (PVG), please be informed that Shanghai customs requires to submit Consignee's name and the value of shipment additionally, same as via TAO.
 Along with this, the attachemnt "Application for HS classification of Goods" has been revised. Please kindly use the new one hereafter.
 We would appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Starting Date; Immediately


2. Applicable Shipment; Shipments to China via PVG (incl. RFS transportation)


3. Submitted Document; 
   Please fill out [Application for HS classification of Goods] (Attachment) with
   HAWB number, description of the goods, number of pieces, weight and HS code
   and submit it with MAWB.
   
   In addition, Consignee's name* and value of shipment (invoice price with currency) are additionally required.
   
   *Consignee's name should be written in Chinese (Simplified/Traditional characters
   or Alphabets) or in English.
   
   If the document is not submitted, cargo may not be loaded on scheduled flight and
   delivery delay at final destination.


4. Structure of HS code;
    10 digits code (World common 6 digits + Chinese code 4 digits) is required for transfer.
