As the core company of the ANA Group's cargo business, ANA Cargo plays the role of planning the cargo business strategies, developing transport products or solutions, and overseeing Marketing & Sales, as well as the Airport Operations.

Utilizing state-of-the-art large and wide-body freighters (Boeing 777F & 767F), such special commodities as semiconductor manufacturing equipment or completed cars, loadable only on freighters, are reliably & safely transported to the major destinations around the world. Furthermore, by effectively using ANA's extensive international & Japan domestic passenger flight network, speedy transports to cities on a global scale is realized. As a combination carrier, utilizing both freighter & passenger aircraft, ANA is able to flexibly respond to diversifying needs of the valued customers.

In the rapidly changing global supply chain, air cargo plays an extremely important role and is indispensable to the society. Each single day, ANA Group's aircraft is flying across the world, transporting everyone's valuable goods important for daily lives, such as clothing, semiconductors, automobile parts, pharmaceuticals or medical equipment requiring high-quality transport, and perishables maintaining its freshness which is essential, as well as delivering your "thoughts" or "feelings".

In January 2026, the ANA Group released its "Medium-term Corporate Strategy for FY2026-2028". Positioning cargo business expansion as a key strategy of the entire Group, the business integration with Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA), which became a member of the ANA Group in August 2025, shall be strongly driven. By combining both parties' advantages or strengths, we aim to solidify our position as a leading combination carrier representing Asia, and to further evolve based on promotion of structural reforms including the Group's internal cargo business companies' reorganization. In addition, we are committed to continuously taking on the challenge to achieve social responsibility of realizing sustainable logistics by enhancing convenience based on DX (Digital Transformation) and creation of new added-values, or to promote utilization of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and usage or recycling of environmentally friendly transport materials/equipment, etc.

Commitment to Cargo quality

We measure handling performance of each airports by calculating ratio of cargo damages and missing cargo at the warehouse, moreover RCF within the standard delivery time. We measure each airport's handling performance monthly so that we can control our quality with strict criteria.
In order to provide better service with our customers, we conduct an annual survey on service quality for freight forwarders and agents. We also analyze the opinions and requests that we receive from our customers on a daily basis to promote the resolution of issues.

ANA Group's trans-border
EC solution

Trans-border EC business between Japan and China is continuing to grow at a rapid speed that outpaces consumption by visitors to Japan. The OCS of the ANA Group, which has been designated as an EC customs broker by China Customs, has developed an advanced product registration system for EC customs clearance in collaboration with ACD Inc. (Ekkyo.net). This has resulted in direct shipment trans-border EC solutions by combining the system with the ANA Group's intermodal transportation system, and thereby broadening customers' opportunities to join overseas markets.
